The Law Firm of Michael J. Redenburg, Esq. PC recently secured a $325,000.00 Settlement on behalf of a client who was injured in a June, 2019 auto accident. The accident happened in Queens, NY and the auto accident victim was a front seat passenger in her son's car. The car the client was in was on the right side of the road and a box truck was to the left, when the box truck turned right into the car that the client was in, which was dragged down the street.

The client underwent two arthroscopic surgeries and also suffered neck and back pain, as well an exacerbation of a PTSD issue. The insurance carrier for each vehicle could not agree on division of liability pre-Mediation, but the case successfully resolved in February, 2023 at NAM Mediation.
